Return and Refund Policy:

Zikra Print offers a hassle-free 7-days return policy. We’re committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. However, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our error. We committed to deliver a product that closely matches your order. To ensure accuracy, we provide a detailed preview option before you finalize your purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and verify all details, including spelling, alignment, and the placement of pictures or text, before confirming the order. Zikra Print is not liable for any issues or damages caused by the customer after receiving the product.

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with the order ID, video graphic evidence, and reason for return. If your order qualifies for a replacement, the reshipping process will take additional 5-7 business days from the date the replacement is issued. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

We will provide a replacement if the customer’s product is damaged during transit due to improper handling by the courier service. The replacement process will take additional 5-7 business days from the date it is issued.

We offer a full refund to buyers, minus applicable postage and handling charges, under the following conditions:

  • A refund will be provided only if the request includes a valid reason, order ID, video graphic evidence, and the product is returned in substantially the same condition as purchased, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • A refund will only be provided if the product received by the buyer is completely different from what was ordered, damaged, defective, or has printing issues.
  • The returned product must reach us within 14 days of initiating the return request.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the postal charges for returning the product.
  • Print products are susceptible to manipulation. A refund will only be processed if the product, along with its original packaging, is returned in its entirety and shows no signs of unlawful tampering.

  • Refund or replacement for goods, merchandise, or products is subject to inspection and verification by us.
  • Damages caused by the buyer’s negligence or improper use will not be covered under our returns policy.
  • The refund mode for both partial and full refunds will always be the same as the original payment source, i.e., the payment method or account used for the purchase.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and error-free customization details when placing orders. Once submitted, customized orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in customization provided by you.

Please Note: If a buyer submits a return request for issues in a product caused by his/her own mistakes, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a refund is not always guaranteed.
